Role of Michael’s Take

Michael’s Take is not the employer unless expressly stated otherwise.
Michael’s Take does not make hiring decisions on behalf of Reflix.
Submitting an application does not guarantee:

Reflix independently determines its recruitment and hiring decisions.

The information may include the information requested through the particular vacancy’s application form, including resumes/CVs and answers to vacancy-specific questions.
Once transferred to Reflix, the information may be processed according to Reflix’s own procedures, policies, and applicable law.

Users are responsible for the accuracy and legality of information submitted through Website forms.

10. External Social Media
Michael’s Take provides external links to YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, X, and Reddit.
These are ordinary external links.
The Website currently does not use embedded YouTube videos or social-media widgets or iframes.
Once you leave Michael’s Take, the destination platform’s own terms and policies apply.
